The packaging alone makes it feel like a ritual—unboxing it already slows you down. I keep it on my desk and the simple act of taking that pause mid-day has genuinely helped me reset my focus.

I’ve been using it every afternoon around that post-lunch slump, and the way it creates a brief pause for focus feels genuinely different from just scrolling on my phone. The design is simple enough that I actually remember to use it, which is half the battle for me.
