I’ve been using the Standard option during my lunch breaks and it’s become a little ritual I look forward to. It’s straightforward to set up, which is exactly what I want when I’m short on time.

The Standard option is exactly what I needed—no setup, just a clean way to hit pause. It’s become my go-to for a quick reset between tasks, and I feel noticeably more focused after each break.

I've been trying to actually step away from my desk at 3pm, and this Standard option makes it stupidly easy—just grab it and go. The whole point is that it doesn't demand anything from you, which is exactly what a break should feel like. Five minutes with it and I'm noticeably less frazzled.
